Service Description
This specialized program integrates evidence-based physical therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) modalities to deliver an all-encompassing wellness solution. Upon receiving a comprehensive clinical assessment, guests will eligible to undergo an integrated 60-minute session comprised of four signature therapeutic modalities: Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Cupping, and Scraping (Gua Sha). Please Note: Treatment plans are highly personalized. If a client is clinically contraindicated or personally unable to receive any specific modality, the practitioner will modify the session accordingly, and the total active treatment time may be shortened as a result.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments MUST be booked 24 hours before sessions start. 24+ hours cancel: No charge / 2–12 Hours cancel: Charge 50% of the order price / Less than 2 Hours (Late Cancel) or No-show: Charge 100% of the order price. If you are Single Session clients, No-show charge applies from FIRST occurrence. If you are Multi-session Bundle clients, late cancel or no-show will deduct 1 time on you card. If you are Whole Year Access Clients, the first Late cancel / No-show grants you a warning, the second Late cancel / No-show will suspend your card for 3 days, the third Late cancel / No-show will suspend your card for 7 days. Repeated Late cancel / No-show may cause termination of subscription. Late show more than 15 min will be deemed as No-show.
