Beyond ensuring operational efficiency, this policy serves as a vital safeguard for our students' learning and our therapists' professional practice. It sets the benchmark for clinical excellence, ensuring every patient benefits from a treatment plan that is as thorough as it is regulatory-compliant.

1. Cancellation Policy
For Single Session Clients:

24+ hours before sessions start: No charge
2–12 hours before sessions start: Charge 50% of the order price
Less than 2 Hours (Late Cancel) or No-show: Charge 100% of the order price
No-show charge applies from FIRST occurrence
Fee must be FULLY paid before next booking

For Multi-Session Bundle Clients:

Less than 2 Hours (Late Cancel) or No-show will deduct 1 session/time on your subscription

For Whole Year Access Clients:
​
1st Late cancel / No-show: Warning
2nd Late cancel / No-show: Suspend your subscription for 3 days
3rd Late cancel / No-show: Suspend your subscription for 7 days
Repeated Late cancel / No-show may cause Termination of Subscription

Late >15 min will be deemed as No-Show
2. Code of Conduct
Respect for Our Students

All services are performed by students in training. Clients are expected to treat students with professional courtesy and respect their learning process at all times.
Zero-Tolerance Policy

OCOT & SunCare Clinic maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding the following behaviours:

Sexual Harassment: Any form of suggestive language, inappropriate touching, or sexual advances.

Bullying and Harassment: Including verbal abuse, threats, discrimination, intimidation, or physical aggression.

Inappropriate Conduct: Any behaviour that causes a student to feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or offended.
3. Client Arrival & Assessment Policy
Clients are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for a proper assessment.
If a client arrives at the scheduled appointment time, the assessment will be conducted within the booked session time, which may reduce the duration of the hands-on treatment.
4. Student Request Policy*
Effective on April 15, 2026, the clinic will no longer accept 'student request' bookings. Clients will be assigned a massage student according to clinic scheduling and availability
